This topic has multiple postings here on EpiUsers going way back… Daylight Savings time switch (twice per year unless you are in Arizona). Well, this was also suggested to get enhanced through an Epicor idea KIN-I-3301 which you all voted in force (144 votes).
Development got ahold of this, and fixed the problem. Now there should not be challenges in the future DST ON/OFF twice per year once you upgrade to 2024.1.
