Start by using the joboper table and filtering on joboper.lastlabordate
that will get you the last labor for an operation.
You could also do something like joining the JobHead to LaborDtl table using
just "Company,JobNum,AssemblySeq" to get the last labor regardless of the
operation. I do this in what I call a STALLED WIP REPORT.
Create an Aggregrete on the LaborDtl.PayrollDate file and set to MAXIMUM to
find the last labor date.
Subtract the Aggregrete from TODAY() and you will get how many dates the job
is stalled, etc..

Happy New Year!
Have any of you built a report in either Crystal or Progress to show all
jobs that have not had labor reported in a certain time period, say over
three months? In other words- no work done recently, what's the problem? I
would like to have it for all levels of jobs/assemblies but I can modify an
existing report.
Or could you give me a clue as to what tables you would use to build this.
We are on Vantage 5.1.135. Thank you!

Pat:
When you first create the subcontractor packing slip, you have to
enter the vendor, then on the line you can reference a job. You
could have the wrong vendor for the job. The job number is validated
but not the vendor associated with the job or the PO if one has been
issued. I would like to see upon creating the packing slip that you
can select a job and subcontractor or a PO that would default the
vendor similar to customer packing slip.
