Different methods for a visual style for each company

Any recommendations on the best way to differentiate between companies with either Styles, Themes or something else. We have several companies and it’s getting confusing for some users to identify where they are at any given time.

We use a Theme that we modified with the Runtime Styler to change the background color of windows depending on the Site the window is opened in. We’re currently bringing another Company into Epicor and may do the same with them depending on how many users have to log in between the companies.

I believe you can use the Company ID as a condition to set styles/themes the same as you can with the Site ID, but I haven’t tried it yet.

Edit to add: I looked at the Style Filter Manager and you can definitely filter off of Company as well:

Like @tsmith, we also used Runtime Styler to key off different companies (and also different sites). We changed the color of the tool bar and the bottom bar.

I thought this was pretty cool too (different flag background in the tree view pane for different companies):

Thanks, I think that process will work for what we they are needing. Has anyone been able to change out the menu bar on the main screen of Kinetic Home Page. That would be the best place to identify it, i gone into style and theme and i’m seeing it or able to change it.

FWIW - Include the theme for the Test company in the Production company. That way when Production is copied over Test, the theme will be already be defined. Just need to make it the default in the new Test company.

Thank you, have you been able to change the Homepage style to differentiate the companies. I’m seeing how to change it.

You can add a logo to each Company and Site, but I haven’t found a way to style the home page.

I just create a style to change the menu bar area color
