Do These System Agent Tasks Make Sense

Hello Epicor Community!

I have somewhat recently taken over as our system admin for Epicor, and I wanted to run some of the TaskAgent tasks that are set up to see if they make sense for the intervals they’re set for:

Every 5 minutes (all day every day) we run:

  1. Back Flush Labor Process
  2. Multi-Company Direct Server Process
  3. Multi-Company Direct Server Process

We have been experiencing some slowdowns in Epicor lately and I’m curious if it’s because these are putting too much of a strain on the system. Sometimes one won’t even finish processing before the next one goes to start.

Here is how we have our Back Flush Labor Process set up:

We don’t seem to have any issues with slow downs.
