I have Adobe set up in document association and it works fine with .pdf
files. I just never tried to open other file formats in Vantage that way.
I usually just use Adobe and convert the file to a .pdf. We don't associate
customer prints, just ours so I never had the need.
I don't know why it wouldn't work, but I haven't tried it in Vantage. Don't
have time right now, but I will add it to the list.

Have you tried assigning the ADOBE shortcut in the Vantage Document
Association followed by an &1 for view and &1 /P for print? What was the
result?

I use Adobe, but I have never tried this with document association. The
other viewers I have tried are too resource hungry when you try to print the
file. A lot of old drawings we received are scanned. The file sizes are
big and they don't always print well on older machines. Opening them with
Adobe works much better.
