I've added a new tab to the CRM Call Entry screen and ran into a problem. I
duplicated some of the Contacts tab fields (cust ID, cust name, contact
name, email, phone, fax) and all are working fine except Contact Name.
My new field, the dropdown for Contact name, shows names for ALL contacts,
not just those for the customer on the call. It does not act the same as
the field I duplicated The same field on the Contacts tab (a standard
field) only shows the contact names for the customer on the call.
I've verified that the properties are identical for both fields.
Any suggestions?
