It didn't let you run the fix? Did you upgrade from 702A to 700 or 700.1? Double check the input fields on the fix and make sure the fix is on your E10 application server.

Going from 702A to 700.1 my Security table some how got emptied during the upgrade. I did it again and fixed

I'm having this issue, as well. Migrated to 10.0.700.1.

The tables patch DOES fix it!
I upgrade from 9.05.702A to 10.0.700.0, and after that completed and I had checked a bunch of stuff I applied the 10.0.700.1 patch. Menu Maintenance still gave me the same error.
This morning I applied the Tables Patch, and now I can get into Menu Maintenance!
What a great way to start a Friday.
The SCRs website indicates it will be fixed in "Target SP=3.1.0", which is Epicor-speak for 10.0.700.2... whose release I have been told may or may not be imminent.

Epicweb. E10 downloads>Tables Patch.
Its pretty straight forward. Just follow the directions.
There is a PDF file as well as the patch itself... the PDF spells it all out but as duckorz says, it's pretty straightforward.
