We attach PO’s that were received electroncally to Sales Orders as PDF’s. This requires Edge-agent to attach files if using browser as UI. In testing V2026.100.5 in Pilot, I can add a new PDF attachment to a sales order but none of the previous/existing attachments are there. Is that because it is the Pilot environment? Does anyone else use attachments and are they available in Pilot testing 2026.100.5?
No it doesn’t.
Kinetic doesn’t require Edge-Agent to attach files within browser? I thought you could not attach files from browser without it. Trying to determine if we have to open a support ticket since none of our attachments are available in Pilot testing.

It works much better when the attachments are stored in Sharepoint, if you have one.
The attachments are working in Pilot 2026.100.5 afterall. In full disclosure, I was entering the correct sales order# but was in the wrong company!! Yes, the same order#s exist in both companies.
