EKW Azure Auth

Testing move to Azure authentication and have everything working and setup with users logging in successfully. I have been banging my head against the wall with getting EKW to work. It asks for Tennant ID, then when we click login the dropdown turns grey and nothing happens.

We have added the https://emwkineticapp/ and com.epicormfg://auth to the redirects with no success. Any other setups missing from documentation for EKW that others have found were needed to get the App to work?

I don’t suppose you have any logs either to look at on the handheld do you? To see what is failing?

Just the EKW debug log at the moment with no issues there.

What device you got honeywell or zebra or?

Honeywell and a few other devices as well as an emulator. I connected to wireless debugging and am reviewing for any errors there, but I am not finding anything yet.

You could open an Epiccare ticket?

I have an open ticket for a week over there. Looking at the logs the com.epicor.mfg://auth they gave us looks like it may need to be
com.epicor.emw://auth
Ive asked them to confirm that they gave correct URI.

Do you see the same with Azure auth for Kinetic browser login? (You know, the normal Kinetic on a PC, not the app.)

I recall hitting the tenant popup with setting up Kinetic for Azure, but got it to go away somehow.

We use Azure for both EKW and Kinetic and have for 2+ years.

We are able to get in using the browser no issues. The ticket is back with Epicor as I go between the Microsoft Team and the Epicor Cloud team. I did find they gave the wrong URI, but after they gave the correct it still does not work. It actually asks for the tennant but then after that is where the issue is.

What version of the app are you running?

Email your issue and epiccare ticket number to productsupport@biscit.com

Include your epicor site ID.

Well I went to get the version info and happened to attempt a log in and it now is prompting me all the sudden for the credentials. Interesting, I will pass the case and version over to the biscit product team if there are more issues. Thanks
