Can anyone tell me why Employee Entry would be only available for Epicor’s Security Manager only? Is there a way to allow a user to have access to this within giving access to many users?

Well probably because of the security applied to your menu…
For us, I have HR employees which are not security manager having access…
Create a new security and add the related security groups to access…
