EpicCare Problem

Well, got back form Insights and had some issues I needed to be put a ticket in on. When trying to put a ticket in, it only gave me the option of ERP 9 and Vantage. We are on 10.2.300.10. Before I left for Insights it worked; Now not so much. Makes me think to stay back form Insights next year! :rofl::sweat_smile: Anyone else run into this problem before at random, or is there a reason why it may of been changed?

Is your 10.2.300.10 still listed in the Configurations section?
