Epicor 10 MES Blank Title 133750

I do have a customization, but when I run in base mode I still see the same behavior.

Hi all,

Has anyone else experienced MES asking for the same username and password multiple times?

At the initial log in screen I type in my username and password, then I input my employee ID in the textbox and hit TAB. I am then presented with the same log in window I had just filled out.
