Actions à Configurations – Set Normal to 60000 (60 seconds) and Duration to same.  Should refresh no sooner than a minute.
 
BUT!!!  I have not figured out if this is just for me or for everyone (such as the same settings in the .sysconfig files that start up E10 for users).   Even if just for you this will impact how long before the monitor kicks of pending jobs (reports, etc…) so could really slow down getting output.  Might be something to adjust temporarily when you need it then set back.  Also, if polling period is too short it warns about causing excessive network traffic.  Tread carefully.
 
Yes, I too find it a real PITA when it refreshes just as I am diagnosing an ERROR result.

I don't see anywhere to change that time on Tools or Action menu of the System Monitor, Also looking in the Options form I don't see a place.
Am I in the correct place? or maybe 9 is different than 10?

Yeah in the tools or action menu you can change the pooling time

Actions à Configurations – Set Normal to 60000 (60 seconds) and Duration to same.  Should refresh no sooner than a minute.

 

BUT!!!  I have not figured out if this is just for me or for everyone (such as the same settings in the .sysconfig files that start up E10 for users).   Even if just for you this will impact how long before the monitor kicks of pending jobs (reports, etc…) so could really slow down getting output.  Might be something to adjust temporarily when you need it then set back.  Also, if polling period is too short it warns about causing excessive network traffic.  Tread carefully.

 

Yes, I too find it a real PITA when it refreshes just as I am diagnosing an ERROR result.

I don't see anywhere to change that time on Tools or Action menu of the System Monitor, Also looking in the Options form I don't see a place.

Am I in the correct place? or maybe 9 is different than 10?

 - Try right-click on the Epicor icon in your system tray and Restore

Then from the Action menu, you can pick Configurations and adjust settings
