I have a strange situation.
Once of my users cannot add lines to quotes. If we sign on as any other user we can but this particular user can add a quote then add the customer but cannot add a line.
Any clues ?

Can they add lines for quotes in other territories? It could be that they are set up with limited access in the CRM territory security. Have you checked their workforce setup?

I agree sounds like you need to do a personalization purge on at least the quote entry screens.

Go to Personalization purge under Utilities.
There you can pull in all the personalizations by user.
The other possibility is the local folder on the users PC isn’t updating for E9.
