Epicor 905 Admin tools (Progress DB) will not run all of a sudden

We just started experiencing this today when I try to run the Epicor Admin tools on the Epicor 9 server, I get a message saying the OpenEdge Progress Client has stopped working (basic crash statement).   Nothing on our server has changed.  Anyone else seen this behavior before??
