Check the server "services" and verify that only one copy of the Admin Service is running.

Localhost assumes you are browsing from within the server. If not you should change that to the server host name.

The URL I've been using successfully on 10 different servers is in this form:

http://epicor702:9090/fathom.htm

Where epicor702 would be replaced with your server name.

So you might need "/fathom.htm". Although when I rub that out it seems to find it automatically. But worth a try!

Back in  Oct 2013 we had a HW failure.

 

C: is where 2008 R2 is installed and D: is where EPICOR was installed as well as OE.

 

We installed OE on C this time and EPICOR on D:

 

Ever since then we cannot open the OE Management Console to look at the DB or Appservers.  I have to use Progress Explorer on my laptop.  The error is comes with on IE is that it cannot find http://localhost:9090/

 

Does anyone have any suggestions.
