I just got Epicor production down. the error message is maximum user of exceed.
I rebooted the database and app server and I can login and then I got unexpected error.
the error message is activation procedure ended an error.

Maximum user exceeded just means all of your licenses are taken up. Make sure you do not have a machine with a bad client installation. You would need to understand the active sessions. I can’t remember how to do this in Epicor 9.05.
Need more details on the activation error message.

open the admin console and kill all sessions, then restart.

thanks. i fixed the problem. the problem was from database, space size reach the limit.
