Epicor Client Installation Error

Hello my dear colleagues!
I am trying to install the Epicor Client into a Workstation, and when finishing the process, it is reporting this error message:

Automatic update failed for the following reason:
1 is not a supported code page.
Parameter name: codepage
Contact Your System Adminstrator

Any comments on a similar issue?

Sometimes this is caused by a language mismatch between SQL and the Operating System. I have seen this happen with other platforms which use a SQL db

Please confirm both are using the same language packs. I would reinstall the language pack on the client.

Thank you Aaron for your kind response. Let me tell you the workstation does not have SQL SERVER installed on it. The base language for the workstation must be Spanish Language[Colombia], however, the Epicor Server is in English Language, along with MS SQL SERVER.

Really, it has been only one out of twenty installations with this sort of problem.

Have you reinstalled the language pack for the client pc?

What is event viewer saying? Is it failing at login or failing towards the end of the installation.

Thank you so much for your kind support! However, the issue has not been solved yet, because the error continues to appear when installing the Epicor Client.

On next week, I will take into account your recommendations about checking the event viewer tool on the respective workstation.
