Epicor copmbo mouse scroll not working after upgrade from Win7 to Win10

Hello,

We are migrating all our users to Win10, since Win7 will no longer be “officially” supported by Microsoft.

I noticed a pitfall after I was migrated… The combo box no longer respond to my mouse whell to scroll. No response.
All other applications work for the scrolling of combos… only Epicor seem to have the issue.
Works ok when scrolling a grid though…

An example to test, I open Equipment tracker, click the equipment button, select the equipment type combo to dropdown the list, scrolling does not work.

I opened on my account using another computer running Win7, all is working as expected…

Ben bizarre…

Anyone had the same issue? is it a feature somewhere to select on/off?

We had the same issue and reported it to Epicor. The workaround we discovered is that you can use the wheel if the cursor is hovering over the control. Epicor hasn’t said when they would fix it (if ever)

I did test your suggestion of hovering the control… but it did not work at first… it only worked if the hovering was over the drop down arrow of the control…

What version are you on?

We’re on 10.2.400 Probably going to go to 10.2.600 next year sometime.
I know it’s a little picky about where you position the mouse cursor. If the point of the mouse is on the field (not the dropdown part, but the field itself) it should work. Our users weren’t real happy that they lost that functionality when they went to Windows 10, but seem ok with the work around thus far.
