Pull and plan tell MRP how to create jobs for sub-assemblies.
Pull as assembly will create the sub-assembly in the parent job.
Plan as assembly will create a new job to make the sub-assembly.

I think I need direction on this...I have scoured the web and googled and have not been successful in finding anything that was helpful to me.
