Thanks for the feedback, that’s really helpful.

Any advice anyone want to share?

Depending on what modules you'll be using, in my opinion it can be a daunting and complex implementation, budget a lot of resource hours internally or budget money to have them help you. The system it quite capable and deep.

Who is a good contact with the HCM group?

One of the project managers we most worked with was John Arnold. He was very competent, knowledgeable and great to work with.

Anyone running it from the cloud?

Can't speak to this, we host it internally.

What do you like / dislike?

Dislike: The implementation is complex, outside of the implementation their support isn't exactly integrated within Epicor's support network, it can be really hit or miss there. I haven't needed them in the last 3 months or so but up till then I'd rate their responsiveness/availability a 5 (this may have improved since then, I don't know). If you don't budget much in the way of resources internally (you better have a really good IT person here), it's expensive to implement.

Likes: Deep, feature rich, flexible, ease of access, performance pretty good, web based (all accessed through IE). All our applications are done online either onsite or through the internet and employees can access the system from home as well. We went through our first open enrollment within HCM in December and HR was doing a happy dance after it was all said and done.
