Epicor Stopped Working

Some of my user gets this message on occasion. The fix I found that works is the reinstall Epicor. However, it doesn’t affect everybody and its not always permanent. Any idea what causes this? Running 10.1.400.19 currently.

I had that issue with one of my users.
Purging all of their personalizations seemed to clear it up.

In E9 I used to delete Epicor client cache in C:\ProgramData\Epicor
Or delete C:\Users[USER NAME] \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\CLR Security Config\v2.0.50727.312\security.config.cch
and *.cch in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG

Or for E9 get the user to login in compatible mode (XP sp3 on windows 7). Then go back to normal. There is an answer book on security descriptors if I recall.
