Even if you don't, this appears to be the ONLY customer group that
works directly with the developers. They also maintain the only
enhancement list. Finally, if you're part of a local user's group,
they will keep your checkbook and other records for you. The one year
the company didn't pay for it, I actually paid the bill.

I'm a member of the EUG and it has helped. They also have a forum to ask
questions. If you haven't been to Perspectives, you may want to look at
going - though it's now called Insights. I went to my first one in 2010 and
learned quite a bit as well as meeting many of my peers. The EUG also has
regional groups, so you may want to check that out also.

What Karen said.
We've been an EUG member for a number of years and the closest we've ever
gotten to contributing is doing a couple classes at perspectives. Not to
sound lazy or ungrateful, but I have enough websites and lists and such
that I have to check as it is. I'd love to get 2 emails every
month/week/whatever. A survey in the first one and Epicor's responses in
the second.
