Error 545 Modified Crystal Reports

I can't remember the error number we get, but one of the issues we
have with Crystal is Vantage will allow a very large comment and
Crystal will not print it. We have the users copy to comments to a
Word document or delete what they can.
Not sure if this is your issue, bit I hope it may help.

We have a specific group of users (7) who usually receive error 545
when attempting to run the modified Job Traveler (crystal report). The
only difference between these users and every other Vantage user is
that they have a gigabit switch in their area as a means of expansion.
This error occurs whether they print to a network printer or a local
printer.

The knowledge base article instructs me to clean out the vntgwork
folder and reboot the pc. This works great for the first and second
travelers but then the problem occurs again -- This isn't a good long
term solution.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
