Summary:
CR 545 print error when printing Crystal forms
Details:
Page ID 307MPS
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
I am receiving a print error 545 when I try to print Crystal forms.
PROBLEM RESOLUTION:
Response from Crystal:
Error 545 (Print Cancelled by User) occurs when the print engine (crpe32.dll) receives an error from the printer, its driver, or the winspool.drv. This will happen when:
1. No printer is defined on the machine.
2. The printer is offline.
3. The network is down, even temporarily. (this only applies for network printers only) - 545 USERCANCELLED The user clicked the cancel button.
4. The previous print job sent by the print engine has not finished printing.
5. The print spooler runs out of disk space.
NOTE: the quick fix is: exit the application, empty the files in the c:\epicor\mfgwrk61 (working dir) REBOOT the PC and try printing again. that was the fix.

Does anyone know off the top of their head what error 545 is? I know I
have dealt with it in the past but do not recall. I have a user saying
he is getting this error when printing pack slips.
Thanks
