You may want to try to delete this folder:
C:\Users[user]\AppData\Local\Epicor
Thanks Mark - I will test this out. What does that folder typically contain?
One thing is a copy of the .sysconfig settings copied for that particular user. It sometimes gets corrupted and people have seen a similar error. It rebuilds itself if it doesn’t exist.
Thanks again. In this case, it was some ant-virus software the caused the issue, but appreciate the advice for future use.
