Error when trying to print AR Invoice

I gave a bunch of users access to the AR Invoice Tracker, however, when they try to print an invoice they get this error message:

Menu ID UDCSG008 is not valid for the current user

Any ideas on how to fix?

I think that error sounds familiar, check the Security tab in Menu Maintenance for that particular Menu ID and make sure these users have access.

I believe that the print option in the tracker is actually calling the ‘Mass Print AR Invoices’ module - so you would have to give them security access to that menu item as well if you want them to be able to print.

I selected the ‘Allow Access to All Groups/Users’, still doesn’t work

Already gave them access to this, still errors out

We reported a similar error to Epicor Support, people with the CRM license can’t print, only people with the full license are able to print since the upgrade from 10.2.200 to 10.2.400.
