BAQs are a great tool, but sometimes it’s not clear how to make the data look exactly like you want. In this video I show how to fill in “missing” records and create a running total. Using the GL Period balance table I show how to turn a query that normally only returns results for two months into a query that returns results for each month. The same approach is relevant for other applications like sale by month out part usage.
