Export User Personalizations

Being able to import/export user personalizations would be great and the users would be grateful. Here is why. When there is a weird issue in Epicor and you reach out to their support team, one of the steps is to delete the user’s personalizations. From experience, my users hate it when i delete their personalizations. Even more when deleting the personalizations does not fix the issue.

So, having an ablility to export the user’s personalizations as a means of a backup so that it can be put back.

You can use the solution workbench to export personalizations. I would imagine importing them should work too. (I haven’t tried it though)

The use can do it under Tools->Personalisation as shown under:
