Financial report design

This question is somewhat rhetorical but...

Is there anyone out there that would be willing to share a report you've
already created that reports the following:

Departmental Expenses by department (account numbers ascending) showing
both "Current Month" & "Year-to-Date" departmental budget, actual, and
calculated variances for each?

I really don't care if the reports developed using the Vantage financial
report designer, Crystal Reports, or Excel, using Microsoft Query via
ODBC. I'm just looking for a shortcut for my controller.

BTW... I'm using Vantage Version 6.1
