We're new to Vantage so we thought if we entered too many quantities in
Labor Entry you could re-enter with a subtracted number to adjust the
quantity. We have recently discovered that although this fixes the
quantities it does not adjust the unit cost. I called Epicor and they
said to use Job Adjustment, Labor Entry. But, when I look at that screen
it appears to want to know a lot more than the number you are adjusting.
What are some of your procedures for fixing Labor Entry errors (that
have been posted and are no longer accessible)? Our accounting dept.
posts once a week.
It would be simple if all we had to do was open the Labor Entry and
change the number but that is becoming hard to do.
