Fix wrong transaction value

Hi All,
We have an issue where a very, very, very large value was entered into a MFG-STK move and it is causing havoc in different areas. How do we fix this? We are seeing our Capture COS/WIP failing now. Thanks in advance.

If the Job is open or can be re-opened,

  • maybe try entering a “reversing” tran and then a “correct” tran?
  • e.g. Mfg-Stk specifying a “minus” 1444444444444.00000 and then Mfg-Stk with correct number?

Or maybe just a Job Adjustment?

So we reached out to support and set a data fix as expected.

We tried adjustments but the issue was that the huge wrong part tran record existed so any time a process/report rolled over this value it would blow up.
