Won’t work for lot tracked parts. i will explain why.
Scenario: Qty is 10000 LBS, PCID 1
Lot 1 is 2500, PCID 1
Lot 2 is 2500, PCID 1
Lot 3 is 2500, PCID 1
Lot 4 is 2500, PCID 1
When you release it for Picking,
EMWW shows Remianing Qty as 10000 and has 4 transactions to process 4 lots.
You have to scan/enter PCID 1 and Scan/select Qty 2500 x 4 times
It is cumbersome.
Expectation is: You scan PCID 1 and it should take all lots into account at once.
I agree cause technically the PCID is a container or a group of items in a container- at least that’s how it’s been pitched.
Have you already brought this up to the biscuit team and Steven Duralde?
Spoke to Steven once. Need to schedule call with them very soon to see if they have scan template.
I am sure I am not the first person asking this.
Last time I spoke to him (about a month ago) he said they were pretty open to getting new features out. I also saw a lot more templates in the app than I did 2 years ago… I was pretty happy with the advancements on it.
