Future of E9.04

Joe - I am new to this site but we are currently on 9.04.506C and are testing 9.05.607 on new hardware. From our expereince with the performance and number of bugs on 9.04, Epicor is wise to shelve the product.

Hello,

I found out from Epicor yesterday that the plans for a 508 service pack
for Epicor 9.04 were scrapped.

Just wanted to share in case there were other people who are on 9.04 and
didn't hear this.

It sounds like 9.04.507a will be the last released version.

I only heard this from one person, but it was a higher up person, so
take it for what it's worth.

Joe,

I've heard the same thing from a couple of tech support types, my CAM, as well as an outside consultant. I got the 9.05 DVD and am beginning to test it...

Thanks for sharing this information, Joe. I have been waiting for fixes
that are supposed to be in 508 for months now. Looks like I'm going to be
forced to go to 9.05 whether I want to or not L
