In 4.0 I could email a customer upon shipment using a valid email address in
the ship to contact contrary to Epicor support thanks to a prior egroup
posting. I am not able to recreate that in 5.0. Is anyone tried this. Also
does anyone else think that the PO number and Line Item just might be
relevant to send the customer?? One step forward two steps back......
I would love to here from anyone who has a good way to contact specific
buyers with shipment information upon an orders shipment. Global alert is
not making it the way it is today. Any of you third party folks have any
solutions??
