E-mail Alert to customer upon shipment

Chalk one up for one-list users! George Brockman from Gasket Engineering
wrote that you can use the global alert which is triggered by a packing slip
to send a notice to your customer provided that the e-mail address and name
are in the ship to attn: contact. It works...and I just asked Vantage
support the same question yesterday and they told me I could NOT!

I agree, the information on the e-mail would be of much more value to the
customer if the customer's PO number were also listed on the e-mail!
