Global Alert Function

We have only a handful of people who need to receive this alert so we
specify the recipients individually.
Sorry couldn't be of more help.

We are looking at setting up the Global Alert Feature to send an alert to
someone when a job is complete. Is there a way to set the alert up to just
send an alert for a specific group? Any feedback will be appreciated

This is a repost. I would like some info

We are looking at setting up the Global Alert Feature to send an alert to
someone when a job is complete. Is there a way to set the alert up to just
send an alert for a specific group? The alert we are looking for would be
the # 1150. "Operation is has been completed" Any feedback will be
appreciated

We no longer allow attachments to files. To access/share Report Files,

In Vantage version 3 we use this global alert and it works great. If you double click the alert you will be given an "alert Recipients" list... we just click on the "TO" button and include anyone from the company address list that we want the alert to go to. I assume if you have a group specified in your e-mail client then you could use that as well. You have to check the "Send Alert" checkbox at the top of the alert screen and make it "active".

Good Luck
Paul
