Group header on Crystal Reports

Hi Kathy

It's the same for us. We are on Vantage 4.00.904 and using Crystal Reports
8.0.

Can't help you with an answer though, as a workaround we don't preview.

Subject: [Vantage] Group header on Crystal Reports

I am using crystal reports for the Job Traveler and the customer Packing
Slip. The problem I am having is, when I preview the reports and the
reports are longer than one page, the group headers will not print when I go
to print them. If I don't preview the reports and just print them directly
they will print fine. This only happens in Vantage it does not happen when
I am in Crystal Reports Designer. Does anyone know why this is happening?
I am on Vantage 3.00.632 and using Crystal reports 7.0.

We have the same problem with our quote and job traveler prints. For some
reason it does not print the first line item when we print preview it. We
are on 4.00.812. The only fix I have found is to just have them not print
preview it. Then it prints fine.
