How to set a user as a primary buyer

When trying to access: epicor/purchase management/general ops/buyer workbench overview

My colleague says she gets an error saying she need to be set as primary buyer.

I went to buyer setup, but couldn’t find a tickbox for “primary buyer”…??

When you set her up as a buyer you need to also add her to herself as an authorized buyer and check the default on the authorized buy tab for her.

Click on Authorized Users in Buyer Maintenance and mark her as ‘Default
Buyer’, I think.
