One employee is working in Quote Entry and went to task–>details to check the box complete. However, it will not let here check that box. This is the only employee affected. I checked her profile and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Any ideas welcomed.
Ok, yeah, she is not in that group. Nor am I! Now ho wot fix that.
You should be able to add the user (or yourself) to that authorized users tab.
Awesome! Thanks! Lastly, when pulling in the revisions it throws an error asking for shape to be selected. Shape is selected and I was told that the revisions pull automatically when we hot the revision button in quote.
