You usually end up needing help with the install if you do it on your own - going direct to APM (Altec) helps, not so sure about Epicor support on this.

We send out several reports - SO Ack, PO, Invoice, Late Receipts, etc. The document covers sending from different mailboxes and different methods (print, email, fax).
