They have a 7z file with 4 .chm help docs that have alot of info on IW, Setup and Error Codes

The log file configuration information is stored in the Epicor.InfoWorker.Outlook.dll.config, Epicor.InfoWorker.Word.dll.config and Epicor.InfoWorker.Excel.dll.config files located in the Information Worker Outlook Client program directory (default path is C:\Program Files\Common Files\Epicor Software Corporation\Information Worker\version#). For a client that is having issues, use a text editor such as Notepad to open the config files and set the various property values to 4 to receive the most verbose logging. The default location for the InfoWorker.log file is in the root of the client folder. You can change the file location by changing the initializeData=“InfoWorker.log” setting to another path. This way you can debug and diagnose sync issues.
