Okay, so you have to click the "Include Physical" checkbox in the search.

In our Test Environment I'm trying to run a trial physical count.
I've gone into "Initialize Physical Inventory," selected the warehouse and submitted the process. The monitor shows it completed successfully.
Then I went to Cycle Count Maintenance. When I click on the Cycle button or on the binoculars, it doesn't show me a cycle.
I can manually select Warehouse, Year (2015), Cycle Period (the box contains a selection for Physical-1 10/22/2015), Cycle Number (1), and Full Physical check box.
The other inputs are grayed out.
When I go to Actions to generate tags, etc., the selections are grayed out.
When I look in the Cycle Count Tracker I can see a schedule for this warehouse with the data I entered manually. And under Parts>List I can see a list of parts, but the Inventory Snapshot column is populated with zeroes.
Am I missing a step, or a setup somewhere?
