ANOTHER place to look is an airlines called Allegent Airlines which is a discount airlines (they charge for every bag). They have tons of inexpensive non-stop flights from some of the smaller airports. We use Allegent from Rapid City to get to Vegas, and other places that are more obscure (Like Rapid is).

Hopefully this is not going to sound rude, but surely we can all afford a modest cover charge. I’m happy to contribute. How many people did we have last year?
Prior year awards winners, get a free ride though, as a perk.
Yes it’s great to have sponsors, I get it, but sometimes as a community we have to fend for ourselves.
If the sponsors want to donate prizes and such, then that’s ok also.
In actual fact if we show that we are contributing ourselves it might make the sell easier.
