Install issues for remote user

I have an overseas user, who uses VPN to connect to our system. Whenever we go to install Epicor for him we are not seeing what I would have expected to see:

which has only “default on corperp04”

but when I log into a local Windows machine as him, and kick off the installer, I see the usual selections that I expect:

which includes the one we need to select and for him to use …

Does anybody understand what/why this is happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

*APPENDED … Aparently new users can only put one embeded image in a post so I had to delete my second image … It looks the same as the first, except it lists numerous options for installation, including the one we actually need for him to select and use.

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated. I am stuck and do not know where to go from here …

That means that the user (windows user) can’t see or access the network path where EpicorShare is. I’ve seen this happen a couple of ways, but particularly if the user User’s Name has a space in it. “Jon Smith” if that’s the user’s username then the installer won’t work correctly.
