Hello everyone,
I need to look into how much of our employees use Epicor.
Is there a menu where I can see the data below?

  1. Access time by user (from when to when)
  2. Access time by menu (from when to when)

Another question is, what data do you use other than the data above if you need to report how much Epicor your employees use?

They sell an add-on module called menu usage tracker that will provide this information.

Thanks for your feedback. Are you saying that the menu provided by default does not have this feature?
