I believe the System Agent TaskAgent settings also affect the report generation delay. You can change that to a few seconds or so, and it will poll faster to create/que the report. We initially had this set to 30 seconds, and when we changed it to 3, all users printing reports were much happier, so that could be something to check.
This is the answer. Actual submission to the agent and generation is VERY fast, as we also use REST like Julian to get the pdf bytes for external shop paperwork generation and the bytes are in that table nearly instantly. It’s the poll on a timer that’s the killer

Sorry for the delayed response we are not fully in Epicor and my team is short staffed, I am dealing with day to day IT for 200+ users.
For the browser you can’t, but for the system agent, I think it’s in Company Maintenance or Config. Not sure.
