Occasionally we have jobs where the quantity complete is zero when we clearly completed the job based on the operations and time detail.
Has anybody else experienced this behavior?

Having this issue on 1.500.45. Opened up a ticket. Please let me know if there was a fix in your case.
Thanks!

Mr. Randy: have you tried running the “Repair JobOper Hours and Costs”?
I typically set this up to run nightly. (but you can run it manually also).

Hmmm just saw this today 1/22/2021. I guess I left Airmo and wasn’t watching e10help. Thanks DaveO.
I’m having this exact issue. The final operation is complete with the correct qty but the complete qty on the job is zero. I ran the “Repair JobOper Hours and Costs” that @DaveOlender mentioned, and it didn’t fix it.
I clocked into the job, clocked out, reported 0 complete. That fixed it, it then showed the qty complete the previous person who had clocked into the operation had entered. I went to time and expense and deleted my labor entry, and it was still correct after that.
We are getting a couple of these a week and its screwing up reports and stuff. Does anyone have an idea how to troubleshoot this? Since I have no ability to reproduce this I feel like an Epiccare case is going to be pretty fruitless…
