when I tried to click job tracker in the quick launch, i got the following error. but why, i checked the permission and Job tracker is available for all users.

The job tracker is visible in multiple menus… this quicklauch is probably pointing to a menu path that is not available to the user.
that’s what i though too. can we see what path in the quick launch?

I have found the “standard” quick launch screen has alway’s had issues.
It is best to create your own and publish it.
Go into the user maintenance and check the box to allow you to Publish Home Pages.
On the extreme top right-hand corner or the Kinetic home page, click the three vertical dots (known as the overflow menu), and select Edit from the dropdown list. Now click the overflow menu on the Job Tracker icon and select Edit there as well. In the “App” dropdown, type in “Job Tracker” and it will show you all the instances YOUR userID has access to. Select any one of them, the click OK. Click the SAVE icon above the “Add Widget” bar on the right, and you should be good to go.
