Job Entry UI Missing

Hello, I searched and cannot seem to find this issue anywhere. I wanted to post here and see if anyone has run into similar issues. The issue is I cannot seem to load the Job Entry Kinetic UI. I have deleted all customization and I upgraded to version 11.2.400.18. Aside from deleting the custom UD_table, I am at loss for why it’s not there.

You’re missing the kinetic app and url so that’s why it doesn’t work. I don’t know how you were able to modify a system menu item.
